Apple Sues Samsung For “Copying” Iphone And Ipad

Today Wall Street Journal has reported that Apple will be suing samsung for copyiny the Iphone and Ipad. With all the crazy lawsuits thats popping up this has to be one of the biggest. Wallstreet Journal is reporting that Apple feels that Samsung has copyed “the look and feel” of these devices. There complaint relates to the Samsung Galaxy S 4g which iff we are honest holds more than a first glance resemblence to the Iphone 3g/3gs handset, and the slightly less obvious Nexus S, Epic 4G and the 7inch Galaxy Tab. The claim for the intellectual property infringement is phreased as follows:

  “Rather than innovate and develop its own technology and a unique Samsung style for its smart phone products and computer tablets, Samsung chose to copy Apple’s technology, user interface and innovative style in these infringing products.”
