As you can remember a few days ago I updated you Sony had held an emergency press event in Japan giving PSN users assurance that PSN and Qriocity would be up and running again in a week. Well again 7 days have passed and yet again Sony fail and PSN is still dead in the water. Last night the company’s Senior Director of Corporate Communications Patrick Seybold punched out a quick update to let the world know that they could actually leave the house and find something else to entertain ‘em — like it or not, PSN isn’t coming back online today. Well whats there lame excuse this time i hear you ask. Sony are claiming that on May 1st they were apparantly unaware of “the extent of the attack on Sony Online Entertainment servers”, so now they are trying to move forward and ensure security is boosted and user data is safe. Sony is again asking for your patience and has not even had the decency to provide you with an ETA they say they will update you as soon as they can. Long and short SONY IS FAILING BIG TIME. Visit the source link for full details. Are you ready to give up and move consoles?
