Well thing’s seem to have gone from bad to worse for lately for Sony. They have confirmed there “external Intrusion” is worse than we all thought. The latest update on Playstation Blog tells us that Sony has confirmed that the ongoing outage was caused by “malicious actions” and that there has been a “compromise of personal Information”. Sony haven’t really went into detail on what this means for the user as it stops just short of saying credit card data for PSN and Qrocity users have been exposed but it does say that “your credit card number (excluding security code) and expiration date may have been obtained. As you can see even Sony doesn’t no what the hell is going on so get your self in order and make sure your credit card company knows the score. Sony haven’t gave us further updates on when PSN will be up and running again but that’ will be because they don’t no. Hit the source link and get some further reading and until until then stay tuned.
